Balencia is a growing medical aesthetic practice with three locations in Rhode Island. Balencia provides non-surgical skin, body and wellness services with strong emphasis on patient satisfaction and ethical sales practices.

You must be highly motivated, self-driven with an ability to manage day to day operations/compliance , deliver sales growth and work with owner to expand business operation. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking for serious career growth.

Role:

• Responsible for financial goals of the practice, including revenue, expenses and budgeting.
• Responsibility for recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing team through performance reviews and other methods.
• Manage and drive sales, key initiatives and develop strategies to retain clients, improve service, and increase profitability
• Provide top notch customer service.
• Supervise day-to-day operations.
• Conduct initial consultations
• Bolster marketing and sales efforts by partnering with local organizations, and vendors

Job Type: Full-time ( Part-time for the right candidate OK)

Benefits:

$45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year ( Plus Bonus/Commission)

Requirements:

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills
• Management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Self motivated and self-directed
• Have a good personal presentation
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• · Strong computer skills and ability to run and understand analytic reports.
• · Possess exceptional interpersonal skills; be highly organized and detail oriented
• Must be Reliable/Punctual
• Must be able to work some evenings
