Baldwin Communication Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. As a Security Tech, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced security solutions to our commercial clients. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while contributing to a safer business environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including access control, CCTV, fire alarms, and burglar alarms.
• Troubleshoot and repair system issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide customized solutions.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of installed systems.
• Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in installing and maintaining security systems, or a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with access control systems (e.g., Brivo), CCTV (e.g., Eagle Eye Networks), and alarm systems is a plus (DMP & Bosch).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to pass a background check

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
