Baldwin Communication Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. As a Security Tech, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced security solutions to our commercial clients. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while contributing to a safer business environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including access control, CCTV, fire alarms, and burglar alarms.
- Troubleshoot and repair system issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide customized solutions.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections of installed systems.
- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in installing and maintaining security systems, or a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with access control systems (e.g., Brivo), CCTV (e.g., Eagle Eye Networks), and alarm systems is a plus (DMP & Bosch).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to pass a background check

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based security technologies.
- Certifications in security systems installation.

Salary
$20 - $27 per hour
