• Underwrite multiple bonds a day.
• Quickly answer and solve any problems or questions pertaining to the bail process.
• Accurately type legal documents in a timely manner.
• Operate computer and phone systems efficiently.
• Obtain essential information to close bonds.
• Provide excellent customer service while also building rapport with clients.
• Work closely with management to provide updates.
• Prioritize multiple incoming phone calls at a time.
• Transmit information to the local office to post bonds and handle client paperwork.
• Thoroughly explain insurance paperwork to clients.
• Visit potential clients in custody as needed.
• Meet clients in person (as needed).
• Service courthouse postings (as needed).
• Negotiate bail bond premiums in accordance with company policies and training.
• Conduct post bail check-ins.
• Complete client files post check-in.
• Adhere to the underwriting authority as directed by management.
• Assist with requesting and picking up exonerations from the courts.
• Assist in marketing activities.
• Build strategic relationships in the community.
• Request client reviews.
• Collect payments.
• Send payment reminders in accordance with company policies and training.

• Bail License (Preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Bilingual (Spanish Preferred)
