Bag Envy is an Austin-based luxury resale boutique specializing in authentic pre-loved designer handbags and accessories such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Gucci, and Dior. We combine luxury with live shopping to create a fun, interactive experience that makes high-end fashion more accessible. We also offer customizations and restorations to make fashion more sustainable and to give timeless pieces new life.

This isn't your typical operations job. Bag Envy is looking for a creative, detail-oriented team member to help behind the scenes with authentic luxury handbags and accessories. You'll work directly with authentic pieces from brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Hermès to help authenticate products, photograph inventory, create listings, pack customer orders, and craft custom jewelry and accessories for our luxury pieces. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and taking pride in quality craftsmanship, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Pack and ship customer orders
• Photograph luxury handbags and accessories
• Create product listings
• Authenticate designer items using industry tools and training
• Help organize inventory
• Assist with product restoration
• Create custom jewelry and accessories

What We're Looking For

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Enjoys working with their hands
• Experience with jewelry making, crafting, sewing, or other creative hobbies is a big plus
• Excited to learn luxury authentication and restoration
• Reliable and takes pride in producing quality work
• Photography or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required
