Bookkeeper is responsible for data entry, job costing and reconciliations for clients in the emergency services, construction, and/or restoration industry.
If candidate has own practice or services outside clients, candidate will be required to service clients under Baer Business Services if converted to a W2 employee.
This is a contract position, with the potential to become a permanent full-time employee. Selected candidates will be required to sign a noncompete and non-solicitation agreement. The role will be guaranteed 20 hours per week minimum with the ability to obtain more as the company grows. Pay is dependent on experience. Hours are somewhat flexible within the scope of company hours; 8:00 am to 6:00 pm M-F.

QuickBooks Online experience is required - Minimum 3 years. Candidates not meeting this requirement will not be considered.

Strong attention to detail is a must.
Proficient in auditing and reviewing work for accuracy prior to finalizing
