The F&B Manager will be responsible for curation and execution of all beverage lineups in all public spaces and will have direct responsibilities assisting the tap room manager by creating an exceptional consumable experience for guests and patrons.


Job Overview

This position requires a leadership-driven individual who works under a range of circumstances including some weekend work, working with challenging patrons, and working in the fast-paced environment of a crowded space. This individual ultimately is tasked with curating a high level of enjoyment for customers in our public facilities. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

-Overcommunication and positivity

-Creating and maintaining a pleasant environment (temperature, music, cleanliness, conduct)  

-Contributing to special events and marketing team to create unique experiences in the tap room and adjacent public spaces. 

-Creating and managing food truck schedules, catering (for special events), and creating and maintaining relationships with local food establishments that deliver to the TR.  

-Ability to work bar shifts and perform all bar related functions, including floating to private event bar service if needed.

-Training new employees and maintaining ongoing education related to products and operations of such.  

-Serving as team leader to part-time staff and other assistant managers.  

-Assisting the private event team if needed.

-Representing the BSB brand at all times.


-Available to work full-time (40 hrs/week), including some Friday nights and some

-Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills

-Demonstrated history of leadership

-Prior bar/restaurant management experience

-Demonstrated knowledge of beer, including a solid understanding of independently crafted beverages and brands available in our area.

-Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

-Ability to anticipate and proactively address problems in a fast-paced environment

-Positive attitude and ability to work with a diverse set of people

-Basic familiarity with tablet-based POS systems
