Create events and unique experiences surrounding our beers and other beverages throughout the year!

Description

A qualified candidate will have brainstormed and planned a wide variety of events and constantly be willing to try new directions for event concepts. Events are hosted throughout the year and coordinated with the marketing team.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Self-starter nature and habits
  • Marketing acumen including social media channel content creation.
  • Positive attitude and leadership capabilities.
  • Refined communication skills and the ability to reach out to groups or individuals
  • General on-site availability Wednesday through Friday plus potential weekends. *Off days and remote work are available based on time of year.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work assignments.
  • High expectations for quality.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, will substitute for experience.
  • Understanding of graphic design/content creation.


Additional traits to consider:

∙ Working with Marketing Team to creatively promote the events online.

∙ Collaborate with Marketing team on social media content and leading for publication timelines

∙ Passion for Badger State Brewing, Green Bay WI, and the craft beverage business

∙ Demonstrated capacity to cultivate strong relationships inside and outside of the organization.

∙ Bartending knowledge or experience is a plus. Bar shifts may be available if interested.


Requirements

∙  A minimum of 3 years of event experience: including the organization, planning, and successful execution of events (beer business/hospitality background preferred).

∙ Customer service background

∙ Strong willingness to learn on the job and perform in stressful situations

∙ Detail-oriented and strong communication skills

∙ Ability to multitask and handle coordinating multiple large events at one time

∙ Experience working with vendors

  • Specific to experience. Incentive based commission, mileage and expense reimbursement.
