Job Description

• Curating the best possible experience for each guest, patron, and fellow team member on a daily basis who enters our facilities.
• Serving, pouring craft beverages.
• Providing insight into the beer, seltzer, cider, and wine selection for patrons and visitors.
• Keeping Tap Room bar, tables, and restrooms neat and tidy.
• Bartending wedding and events in The Barrel Haus (event hall).
• Assisting guests in the gift shop and during events throughout our different spaces.

Basic Qualifications

• Prior bartending or serving experience is a plus.
• Hard-working and detail-oriented.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of craft beer, seltzer, cider, and the industry, and the brewing process. OR extreme willingness to learn.
• Desire to learn and grow with the brewery.

Compensation

Hourly plus tips. 401k matching plan.

Flexible work hours and vacation time are all available and increase with tenure.
