Oversees all aspects of guest experience, ensuring a positive and memorable visit, including managing staff, implementing guest feedback, and developing strategies to enhance the overall brewery experience

Description

Badger State is seeking a highly qualified individual to join the company as a key member of the leadership and management team. This position will oversee all private events, tap room events, and F&B programming.


Key Responsibilities Include


Guest Experience Management:

-Ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests. 

-Addressing guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively. 

-Implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty. 


Staff Management:

-Recruiting, training, and supervising hospitality staff, including bartenders, servers, and event staff. 

-Motivating and developing staff to provide exceptional service. 

-Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. 


Event Planning and Coordination:

-Overseeing event planning and coordinating, including brewery tours, weddings, live music, festivals, corporate and special events. 

-Managing event logistics, including venue setup, staffing, and catering. 

-Working with marketing and sales teams to promote events and drive attendance. 


Operational Management:

-Overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the brewery's hospitality areas. 

-Managing inventory of bar supplies and other hospitality materials. 

-Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. 


Data Analysis and Reporting:

-Tracking guest feedback and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. 

-Generating reports on hospitality performance and presenting findings to management. 


Skills and Qualifications:

-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Experience in hospitality, event planning, or customer service.

-Knowledge of the beer industry and brewing processes.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

-Proficiency in relevant software, such as point-of-sale systems and CRM tools. 


Compensation based on experience.


Compensation & Benefits


Travel and sales benefits are specific to position and experience. Incentive based commission, mileage, travel and expense reimbursement.
