The Brand
Backyard Butler provides specialized exterior home detailing for high-end properties. We restore and maintain luxury outdoor living spaces to a showroom standard. Our clients are homeowners who value excellence, exclusivity, and impeccable attention to detail.
The Role
- Property Curation: Conduct detailed on-site evaluations of luxury outdoor spaces, acting as a consultant rather than a salesperson.
- The "Consultant" Protocol: Focus entirely on the scope of work and the client relationship; pricing is not discussed on-site to maintain professional integrity.
- Precision Quoting: Utilize our dedicated service management platform to build and send detailed quotes post-visit.
- Demand Management: Educate clients on our premium service tiers (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly) while managing high demand and waitlists.

- Visual Precision: An eye for detail that notices a speck of dust or the early signs of wear on specialized outdoor surfaces.
- Professional Independence: You will drive and maintain a personal vehicle that consistently meets our brand standards for cleanliness and professionalism for all client site visits. You will manage your daily route of site visits.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using tablets and field-documentation software (including our proprietary mobile applications).
Compensation & Benefits
- Total Earning Opportunity: Total estimated annual compensation (Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses). The base salary component is $35,000 – $45,000 (Commensurate with experience and performance). Total earning opportunity could be $70,000 - $100,000. This total estimate is calculated based on the achievement of the company's annual sales target and the corresponding commission and bonus structure.
- Performance Incentives: Compensation is structured to reward both initial deep cleans and securing recurring service contract bonuses, aligning with the company's focus on long-term client relationships.
- Mileage Reimbursement and/or allowance
- Tools of the Trade: Company-provided tablet, data plan, and professional Backyard Butler uniform kit.
- No "Chasing": Our automated follow-up systems handle follow-ups. We lead with value and let our results speak for themselves.
