The Social Media Enablement & Insights Manager helps Back Nine franchisees build strong, consistent social media presence across the network. This role focuses on onboarding and training franchisees, providing social media guidance and resources, and tracking trends and performance to identify what’s working. You’ll also analyze social and store data from our corporate locations, turning insights into practical recommendations that help franchisees and leadership make smarter marketing decisions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys **teaching, organization, social media, and using data to drive results**.
Back Nine Golf is redefining the golf entertainment experience with a modern, tech-driven model that’s designed for fun, inclusivity, and scalability. Unlike traditional indoor golf or bar concepts, Back Nine offers a sleek, members-first atmosphere centered around top-of-the-line golf simulators, elevated design, and a premium social experience.
Our concept blends private simulator bays, customizable gameplay, and a relaxed yet upscale environment—appealing to serious golfers, families, and social groups alike. It’s not just about golf; it’s about community, entertainment, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome.
We’re in a rapid growth phase with a goal of 300 open locations by the end of this year. Our franchise model is built for scalability, offering franchisees a high-quality, well-supported entry into the booming golf and entertainment space.
At Back Nine, we’re building something unique—and we’re looking for team members who are excited to grow with us as we expand nationwide.
The role runs on a structured rhythm across three horizons:
Weekly
New-franchisee social onboarding sessions; answering setup and best-practice questions; a shared "what's working on social this week" insight; a scan of corporate-store social performance.
Monthly
A social performance & insights report (network + corporate stores); a group training introducing one new play or trend; refreshed best-practice resources.
Quarterly
A trends report with strategy input; a training-curriculum refresh; a deeper corporate-store analysis with recommendations for the network.
Someone who is energized by making other people look good online, takes pride in a franchisee's first great month on social as their own, and would rather turn a messy pile of data and trends into three clear next steps than chase vanity follower counts.
You will be measured on adoption and impact, not activity:
Social is how every local Back Nine shows up in its community — and right now that's uneven across the network. This role makes every franchisee better on social, turns platform trends and store data into the network's edge, and proves what works on our own corporate stores first. If you love teaching, systems, and turning data into clear action — and want to be measured on real adoption and impact rather than vanity metrics — we want to talk.
