**Job Overview:**

As a Host at Back 9 Golf & Entertainment you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking reservations, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable time at our venue.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave

- Seat guests in a timely manner and manage the waitlist effectively

- Take reservations over the phone and in person

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements:**

- Previous customer service experience is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
