B-Town Brazadas Swim Club (brazadas.org) is a rapidly growing, USA Swimming affiliated club based in Bakersfield, California. Less than one year old, we are building a long-term, community-focused program from the ground up.
Our team trains in a brand-new, state-of-the-art 50-meter aquatic center and is committed to developing swimmers of all ages and abilities while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
We are building more than just a swim team. Brazadas is focused on creating opportunities for athletes, families, coaches, and the community through competitive swimming, swim instruction, and community engagement.
Overview:
The Head Senior Coach leads the training and development of our B-Team, serving primarily high school-aged athletes within the Brazadas program. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality coaching, preparing athletes for competition, and building a strong, connected team culture focused on performance, leadership, accountability, and community engagement.
Reporting to the Aquatics Director, this position also supports additional training divisions, contributes to Masters programming, and helps strengthen Brazadas’ connection within the local swimming community.
