Ayanti RTC is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Health Technicians. As a full-time member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of female residents between the ages of 10-18 in a long-term residential setting.

**Job Overview:**

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will work closely with our treatment team to implement programs and plans designed to support the emotional and behavioral well-being of our residents. Your role will involve providing direct care, support, and supervision to individuals in our care.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide direct care and supervision to female residents in a compassionate and supportive manner

- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans and behavior management strategies

- Monitor and document resident behavior and progress

- Collaborate with the treatment team to create a therapeutic environment for residents

- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience working with individuals in a behavioral health or residential setting preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Must be compassionate, patient, and empathetic towards residents

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
