Axxelus is expanding our field-based Sales Representative team supporting the Texas Beef Council.
Sales Representatives will engage in face-to-face conversations with primary care and internal medicine physicians, sharing scientific research that supports the inclusion of beef in a heart healthy diet as part of a balanced meal.
Appropriately address objections, questions, and concerns, utilizing approved methods and resources.
Execute the Term action plan to ensure appropriate reach and frequency to meet and exceed key performance indicators set by the Texas Beef Council.
Work within given budgets and policy guidelines.
Attend training, meetings and conferences as required.
Take on leadership opportunities as appropriate, and consistently operate with a positive, collaborative attitude.
Complete Administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner.
Remain compliant with all regulations, adhering to all company policies.
4 year Degree from an accredited College or University
5 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience
A practical understanding of the healthcare industry
Demonstrated experience leveraging CRM (Salesforce) and Business Intelligence platforms
Must be credible, ethical and compliance minded
Possess enthusiasm, passion and high level of energy and drive
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
The jobholder is required to be field based.
