Job Description

• Aid in the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities within the organization.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and perform basic repairs or escalate issues to senior maintenance staff as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment manuals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Provide support during maintenance projects, including equipment installations, upgrades, and renovations.
• Assist in the fabrication and installation of components as needed.
• Problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements

• Education: High school/Diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in maintenance-related fields is a plus.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, bending, standing for long periods, and working in various environmental conditions. Ability to lift up to 50lbs without accommodation.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Familiarity with hand and power tools is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and document maintenance activities.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to identify and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
• This position will require the completion of a Non-Disclosure Agreement between the employee and the company.
