Where and How You'd Work

Axiom Rail Services, LLC is located in Hudson, Ohio. We value our new and growing company culture because we believe work is best done together. We also recently moved into a brand new, modern facility that's professional yet comfortable. That's why we'd like all of our team members present in the office. But work-life balance is also important to us, so we offer a generous time away from work plan.

Hours Required: Monday-Friday from 8:45am-4:45pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make coffee every morning.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, ensuring messages are accurately relayed.
• Manage office supplies and ensure that the office is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setting up meetings, conferences, and events.
• Support Office Manager as needed with projects
• Keep minutes during our all team meetings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; additional certifications or relevant experience in office administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar office software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
