• An in-depth understanding of our clients, culture, values, and processes.
• Emersion in financial planning, estate planning, insurance coverage, corporate structures, charitable giving, real estate, and several other key services.
• Master key technology systems to execute services.
• Communicating professionally with clients via phone, text, and email.
• Participating in client meetings and taking notes for follow-ups & action items.
• Responding promptly to client questions and service requests.
• Gathering documents and key information from clients.
• Participate and support in client meeting preparation and delivery.
• Assist in preparing meeting documents, maintaining client information, and engaging with custodians or other third parties.
