Description


As the Accounting Manager, you will lead the accounting team in managing financial processes and reporting. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide insights to support decision-making. Your expertise will help streamline operations and improve financial performance.


What You'll Do

- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights to management.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and accounting standards.

- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis.

- Train and mentor accounting staff to enhance their skills and performance.


What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on management roles.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.


Nice to Have

- Experience in property management accounting.

- CPA or equivalent certification.

- Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
