Avenza Cleaning Services LLC is looking for a responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented Cleaning Team Member to join our growing team. The team member will perform residential and commercial cleaning services while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning.

Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, and common areas.

Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces.

Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly.

Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Arrive on time and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Report any damages, maintenance issues, or supply shortages.

Maintain a professional attitude and respect clients’ properties.

Qualifications

Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required.

Strong attention to detail.

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Reliable transportation preferred.

Ability to stand, bend, lift cleaning supplies, and perform physical tasks.
