Skills Required

  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience managing complex technology implementations, ideally in enterprise environments.

HCM Expertise: Experience in large systems implementations, especially Oracle HCM.


  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the PMO and project leads to align project plans with business goals, timelines, requirements, and deployment strategies.
  • Resource Management: Manage project resources, including team members and vendors.
  • System Integrator Oversight: Ensure the selected SI delivers on their Statement of Work throughout the Planning, Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post-Go-Live Support phases.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and address any deviations from defined quality standards in collaboration with our client's protocols.
  • Proactive Management: Maintain project tools (project plan, risk log, etc.) and facilitate regular team communication for efficient execution.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist with budget monitoring and business case financials.
  • Steering Committee Support: Contribute to the development of materials for Steering Committee presentations.
  • Seamless Transition: Collaborate with the Change Management, Training, and Communications teams to ensure timely execution and consistent messaging.
