About Us
We are a family-centered ABA organization committed to providing ethical, compassionate, and clinically strong services that prioritize meaningful communication, independence, collaboration, and long-term quality of life outcomes for the children and families we support.
Our model combines home-based services with center-supported supervision opportunities, allowing for increased collaboration, mentorship, reduced travel burden, and stronger clinical consistency across teams. We value clinicians who are passionate about mentorship, ethical clinical care, leadership development, and helping shape sustainable, high-quality, clinician-centered ABA services.
We are seeking a clinically strong, collaborative, and leadership-oriented BCBA to join our growing team and help mentor RBTs, aspiring BCaBAs, and developing BCBAs within the organization. We value long-term clinician growth, mentorship, collaboration, and sustainable service delivery.
In addition to ABA therapy services, our organization also supports families through Autism Waiver programming, educational consultation, and collaborative transition-focused initiatives designed to promote long-term independence and quality of life outcomes.
We also collaborate closely with Ascenda Foundation, our sister nonprofit organization focused on supporting transition-age youth and expanding future community-based educational and vocational opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Our organization also values community outreach and international service initiatives, including collaborative mission-based support efforts and training opportunities in countries such as the Philippines and Peru as part of our broader commitment to expanding access, education, and support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
