Avant Assessment is a global leader in developing and delivering online tests of language proficiency and the technology for online testing. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert training and support for seamless integration with Avant’s tools and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Works with clients that use Avant Integrations or are starting to use an Avant integration
- Supports clients needs as part of the support team
- Work with 3rd party representatives
- Schedule client review meetings and help to develop the content of those meetings
Qualifications:
- Previous client-facing customer support experience
- Previous experience leading integrations (e.g. Clever, ClassLink, ELLevation)
- Tech savviness: The ideal candidate will be comfortable with technical concepts and able to explain them in a way that clients can understand
- Patience: Clients can make many requests and may need step-by-step instructions. A calm demeanor and affinity for positive customer service is key for this role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: This role requires clear communication with remote colleagues and clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with phone, email, and Zoom or Google Meet communication channels and effectively assist through these mediums
- Technical Skills: basic troubleshooting, suggested to have an understanding of basic SQL
- CRM Knowledge (Salesforce, etc.), a plus
