Job Title: Program Administrator – Supportive Residential Program
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Tigard, OR
Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (Compensation based on experience and qualifications, with room for advancement.)
Job Overview:
As a Program Administrator for a supportive residential program at Avalon Wellness Living, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our licensed residential home serving adults with mental health and substance use needs. You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, quality care, and smooth coordination between clinical and residential services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations for the residential program.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies to ensure compliance with OHA and other regulatory standards.
- Supervise and support residential staff, including scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with clinical providers to ensure holistic, person-centered care for residents.
- Monitor program quality and effectiveness, and implement improvements as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and program records in line with regulatory expectations.
- Address and resolve programmatic concerns or incidents promptly and professionally.
- Serve as a liaison with external agencies, community partners, and oversight bodies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a residential facility
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Working knowledge of Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) and mental health program standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with co-occurring disorders
