Role Overview

As a City Manager, you’ll serve as Autolane’s on-the-ground lead in Atlanta. You’ll manage site installations, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong relationships with our customers and real estate partners.


This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who enjoys blending light tech work with real-world operations.


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee deployment and maintenance of Autolane curb hardware
  • Visit local partner sites regularly to ensure system uptime and quality
  • Troubleshoot issues with sensors, connectivity, and physical infrastructure
  • Coordinate with AV partners and delivery fleets on local mapping and testing
  • Meet with property managers and site partners to support ongoing operations
  • Relay feedback from the field to HQ product and operations teams
  • Assist in AV-related logistics, signage compliance, and performance audits
  • Support experiments with new AV partner integrations and delivery models

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years experience in field ops, logistics, or smart infrastructure,
  • Tech-capable: can diagnose basic networking, hardware, and software issues
  • Resourceful, autonomous, and comfortable navigating urban site environments
  • Excellent communication skills for interfacing with partners and internal teams
  • Own a vehicle and willing to drive around the metro area regularly
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to get hands-on with new technology

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with AVs, mobility infrastructure, or IoT systems
  • Experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, or project management platforms
  • Exposure to urban logistics, facilities management, or commercial real estate ops
