Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy in a clinic setting only—no in-home or travel required. This role offers guaranteed hours, a consistent work environment, and strong team support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adults in a clinic setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress
• Assist in skill acquisition programs (communication, social, daily living skills)
• Implement behavior intervention plans and use appropriate crisis management strategies
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and team members
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and team regarding progress and concerns
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (no exceptions)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an RBT strongly preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Crisis management training preferred
• Willingness to be trained in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) if not already certified
• Experience working with children and adults with autism
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule

• Minimum 30 hours/week (guaranteed)
• Consistent clinic-based schedule
