Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy in a clinic setting only—no in-home or travel required. This role offers guaranteed hours, a consistent work environment, and strong team support.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adults in a clinic setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress
- Assist in skill acquisition programs (communication, social, daily living skills)
- Implement behavior intervention plans and use appropriate crisis management strategies
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients
- Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and team members
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and team regarding progress and concerns
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required (no exceptions)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an RBT strongly preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Crisis management training preferred
- Willingness to be trained in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) if not already certified
- Experience working with children and adults with autism
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Schedule
- Minimum 30 hours/week (guaranteed)
- Consistent clinic-based schedule
