Position Summary

Autism Services ASAP is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality clinical care.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training.
  • Analyze data and make treatment recommendations based on client progress.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and all applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with families, providers, schools, and community partners as needed.

Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active Colorado licensure (LBA) or ability to obtain licensure (once enforced).
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary

$45 - $65 per hour
