The Autism Center offers comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Sterling, Rock Falls, Dixon, and surrounding areas including direct, one-to-one therapy services, in-depth caregiver training as well as consultation services. ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy is a type of therapy that focuses on improving socially significant behaviors by breaking down complex skills into smaller components and using positive reinforcement to teach and reinforce those skills. ABA therapy is most commonly used as a treatment for autism spectrum disorder (ASD), but it can also be used to treat other developmental and behavioral disorders.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The BCBA will be responsible for providing and telehealth services to clients in addition to collaborating with the interdisciplinary team members, family members, and caregivers. The BCBA will also provide ongoing training for the Registered Behavior Technicians, and gather and analyze data to create and adjust the Individualized Treatment Plan. We are looking for BCBAs who are enrolled in Illinois IMPACT and interested in working with IL Medicaid clients.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in parent education and support
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Experience in developing and monitoring Behavioral Intervention Plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in ABA-based autism treatment preferred
  • Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians

$70,000 - $85,000 per year
