What This Role Is

FULL-TIME RESIDENTIAL CLEANER / HOME CARE SPECIALIST

W-2 Employment | Monday–Friday | Paid Time Off | Benefits and Allowances

Aurum Fresh is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional to join our team in Broward County.

This is a full-time residential cleaning and home upkeep position—not a temporary or independent-contractor opportunity. Our Home Care Specialists care for clients’ homes with the consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail associated with boutique hospitality.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Full-time W-2 employment

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

That’s $900 per month in health, vehicle, and cell phone benefits and allowances—in addition to base compensation, bonuses, paid time off, a full uniform, and all supplies needed for the job.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform detailed residential cleaning in clients’ homes

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces

• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop throughout the home

• Refresh linens, towels, and make beds

• Complete light home upkeep, such as replacing accessible light bulbs, batteries, and air-conditioning filters

• Follow detailed checklists and company service standards

• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

• Use a smartphone app to manage schedules and service details

• Travel between clients’ homes throughout Broward County

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Comfortable working independently and caring for clients’ homes

• Professional, respectful, and service-minded

• Comfortable using smartphone apps and technology

• Cleaning, hospitality, maintenance, or customer-service experience is preferred, but not required

• Authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified

• Able to pass a background check
