Key Responsibilities
Residential Cleaning
- Perform maintenance and deep cleaning in private homes
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and detail surfaces
- Change linens and stage homes before departure
- Follow structured cleaning checklists and quality standards
Light Home Maintenance
- Replace HVAC filters
- Replace light bulbs and batteries
- Tighten handles, hinges, and hardware
- Perform minor touch-ups (caulking, paint, etc.)
- Reset breakers or GFCI outlets
- Assemble small household items
Requirements
Required
- 1+ year residential cleaning experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Ability to lift 25–35 lbs
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for work tasks
Preferred
- Experience with light home maintenance
- Experience working in higher-end homes
- Bilingual (English / Spanish / Portuguese)

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay (W2, before taxes): $2,640–$3,168/month, full-time
- Performance Commission:
- 5% standard performance
- 15% high performance (based on productivity and route efficiency)
- Tips: 100% retained by the employee
- Paid Time Off: 3 weeks vacation & 5 sick days/year
- 401(k): Eligibility begins after 3 months
- Health Contribution: $500/month
- Vehicle Allowance: $300/month
- Equipment & Supplies: All cleaning tools, products, and equipment provided.
We are building toward providing company vehicles. In the meantime, team members receive a monthly vehicle allowance to support work-related travel.
