Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, in-person outpatient mental health therapy to individuals.
• Availability Requirement: To meet the peak scheduling needs of our local community, a minimum of 15 hours must be scheduled after 3:00 PM on weekdays or during the weekend.
• Complete clinical documentation (progress notes and treatment plans) independently and efficiently within policy timeframes.
• Engage actively in a team-oriented atmosphere, bringing your unique clinical voice to case consultations.

Qualifications & Specialties We’re Looking For

• Licensure: Must be actively licensed in the state of New Jersey with one of the following credentials: LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Clinical Experience: Strong background and comfort working with children and adolescents is highly desired.
• Clinical Bonuses: Experience working with adults and couples (such as Gottman training) is a major plus!
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to manage your schedule and clinical tasks independently.
