Position Details:

• Type: Flexible hours, primarily early morning to mid-morning
• Shifts: Edit photos when guides return around 4 AM to ensure clients have their photos by morning and guides receive feedback before the next tour

Responsibilities:

• Edit Aurora photos on a nightly basis
• Collaborate directly with photographers to improve photo quality
• Provide guides with tips and information to enhance their photography skills
• Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop and implement promotional media strategies
• Ensure consistent and engaging online presence

Requirements:

• Positive attitude
• Good physical condition
• Ability to work well with a variety of personalities
• Experience with Lightroom (preferred)
• Photography experience (preferred)
• Social media management experience (preferred)

Seasonal Information:

• Operating Season: August 21st - April 21st
• Opportunity to experience seasonal transitions from warm summers to cold winters

Housing:

• Preferably live and work on-site
• Limited housing available at the Aurora in Alaska lodge
