Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Team Member (Hourly) and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a lively food service environment!

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing delicious pretzels, and ensuring smooth operations. Your energy and enthusiasm will help us serve our community with quality, speed, and a smile. Whether you're assisting customers at the register or helping roll up delicious pretzels, your contributions will make every shift exciting and rewarding.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude
• Take orders quickly and accurately
• Make each customer feel welcome and appreciated

Food Preparation

• Roll, twist, and bake pretzels
• Prepare drinks and other tasty menu items
• Follow all recipes, procedures, and food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain product quality and keep everything looking and tasting great

Teamwork

• Work together collaboratively with team members and management
• Jump in to assist wherever help is needed to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed

Qualifications

• A positive attitude with great communication and customer service skills
• Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible

Experience

• Previous food service or retail experience (Preferred)
• Quick Service Restaurant experience (Preferred)
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and basic math skills
• No experience? No problem! We’ll train you!

Shift availability:

• First Shift (9:30am - 2:30pm)
• Second Shift (2pm - 7pm)
