HIRING IN MULTIPLE CITIES (Georgia and North Carolina)
Military Evaluation Services (MES) is hiring a PSYCHIATRIST to perform disability behavioral health interviews for America’s Veterans and Service Members both in-person and virtually. The disability interview process provides the support that allows the VA to determine service-connection status and rating (monetary disbursement) for the Veteran.
The behavioral health interviews are scheduled 30 minutes to 1 hour. The ideal PSYCHIATRIST candidate is able to see at least 5 Veterans per week (combination of in-person and telehealth) after training. You are welcome to work additional hours if desired. Training is paid at a flat fee.
The Psychiatrist enters the Veteran’s interview responses with active-duty/case history information, and opinion in the designated portal. The Veterans Benefits Administration makes the case decision. There is no treatment, testing, scheduling, or billing on the part of the PSYCHIATRIST.
ATTENTION:
If you currently work for Veterans Affairs and would like this position part-time, the VA permits you to do so with a clearance letter.
We provide professional liability insurance!
