As a Remote Live Chat Agent/Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and phone interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat and phone calls
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
- Meet performance goals and targets set by management
Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to work full-time hours and have a dedicated home office setup
Salary:
$19.00 to $26.00 per hour
