As a Safety Manager at Audacy, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting regular safety audits, providing safety training to employees, and investigating accidents or incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

- Identify potential safety hazards and develop corrective actions to mitigate risks

- Monitor the effectiveness of safety protocols and make recommendations for improvements

- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement

- Provide safety training to employees at all levels of the organization

- Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes and implement preventative measures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field

- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification preferred

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management in a corporate setting

- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
