**Job Overview:**
As a Live Chat and Call Center Representative Remote, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat and phone interactions. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a professional and timely manner.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and phone calls
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
**Requirements:**
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
