**Job Overview:**
As a Help Desk Specialist/Technical Support Representative at Audacy Inc., you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients remotely. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with the flexibility of working from home.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and developments
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Specialist or Technical Support Representative
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in IT or relevant field is a plus
- Must be located in Stockton, CA or surrounding areas
- Must be able to work full-time hours
