As a Customer Support Specialist/Help Desk Analyst/Customer Experience Specialist at Audacy Inc., you will have the opportunity to work remotely from home and assist our customers with any inquiries or technical issues they may have. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
**Responsibilities:**
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product recommendations and information to customers
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a customer support or help desk role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and help desk software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
