This is a remote work from home position based in New York, NY. You will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with processing orders, managing customer accounts, and updating customer information
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support or administrative roles
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
Salary Range: $28.00 to $40.00 per hour
