We are a fast-growing tech support company that is looking to expand our remote team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and helping others.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to user inquiries regarding technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network-related problems.
  • Document and track support requests using a ticketing system (Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Guide users through setup and installation of software and hardware.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or specialized departments.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of common problems and solutions for future reference.


Salary

$23 - $34 per hour
