OBJECTIVE 

To provide Information Analysis Center (IAC) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) related Scientific and Technical Information (STI) deliverables by performing Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) and other Research and Development (R&D) related analytical services in achieving the mission requirements of the Requiring Activity (RA) defined herein for the NAVAIR Program Executive Office, Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons (PEO (U&W)) P1-23-2513. 

 

SUMMARY 

Program Analyst/Manager will work closely with other organizational leaders, including the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), the Program Executive Office (PEO), and the Acquisition Team. The successful candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Brief managers regarding outcome of program analysis or reviews. 
  • Develop methods to solve process problems to improve productivity within an organization. 
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, including setting milestones and tracking progress 
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to identify program requirements and develop solutions 
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful program execution 
  • Providing analysis and recommendations to support decision-making at all levels of the organization 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across programs 

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Possess an active TS/SCI clearance 
  • Experience in analyzing and preparing logistics documentation to include configuration management plans 
  • Experience with software development life cycle and project management methodologies. 
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and report writing skills. 

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

  • 6+ years of relevant experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline.
