Program Analyst assumes responsibility for orchestrating conferences integral to the transition of a UAS program of record. This transition encompasses multifaceted coordination, strategic planning, and adept communication essential for seamless execution.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for the Marine Corps’ UAS program.
  • Identify suitable venues for quarterly conferences, considering security requirements, accessibility, and logistical needs.
  • Collaborate with a broad community of interagency stakeholders to identify requirements and develop solutions for future Marine Corps aviation systems.
  • Craft and disseminate calling messages to pertinent stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and program personnel. 
  • Leverage military operational experience, with a preference for Marine Corps operational experience.
  • Collaborate with venue management to secure the necessary facilities and amenities for the conferences.
  • Develop comprehensive planning guidance documentation delineating conference objectives, agenda, participant roles, and logistical specifics.
  • Regularly update documentation to reflect evolving transition requirements.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • A broad understanding of the functions of Marine Corps Aviation AND Unmanned Aviation capabilities.
  • Active Secret Clearance required. Top Secret (SCI) Clearance preferred.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position requires access to classified SECRET spaces and associated networks.
  • This position may require access to a SCIF for access to TS/SCI information.
