DAYTIME HOURS 7am-4pm Must Be Available for majority especially 7-9am and 11-1pm

WEEKENDS 7am-930pm

UPCOMING FALL + WINTER HOLIDAYS

but pet care visits are available 7am-930pm Monday -Sunday.

• This is a great position for those who work from home with flexible work schedules, students, persons who can work random 30 minute or 1 hour visits throughout the day, who love the outdoors, who love pets + who are confident with animals! YOU get to choose your schedule!

Areas we cover:

• Downtown/South Lakeland, Mulberry + Bartow (33801,33803, 33811,33812,33813,33815, 33830 +33860)

Education Requirements:

Certified Professional Pet Sitter- if not currently certified Company will pay for the certification fees for the new hire. New Hire must complete online certifications within the first 1 month/ 30 days . Total Time: Approx.14 hours

• All staff have access and participate in professional pet care certifications through a highly recognized third party company which is paid by Atta Boy! Consists of Pet Healthy + Wellness, Behaviors, Training, Equipment, Bite Prevention, Dog Walking, Hemp + CBD, Customer Service, Pet Breeds, First Aid and more

Pay/Compensation:

• Part Time/ Supplemental Income- hours and availability of work vary
• Starting at $18/hr
• Ability to move up to max $26/hr with merit based time and completion of goals with company
• Paid per visit/ piecemeal/fix pay per visit instead of by time.

Position Descriptions

TITLE: Pet Care Specialist TIER 1

PURPOSE: The Pet Care Specialist provides peace of mind and freedom to pet families while knowing their pets are safe + well cared with our premier pet care services.

Job Description:

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Arrive to visits during our flexible 2 hour windows
• Review and complete all pet care, and basic home care needs
• Create + complete client update after each visit using our online portal with appropriate grammar that encompasses all important information client may want/need and to provide them peace of mind knowing visits were completed successfully.
• Maintain clear + positive written and verbal communication with team members.
• Collaborate with other team member to complete pet care services .

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to walk 2 mile in 30 minutes, lift 30 lbs, to bend, stoop, and reach in order to perform pet care duties.
• Walk Strong dogs on leash
• Comfortable taking video + photo and edit on cell phone and use apps
• Must be flexible to 'think on your feet' + willing to work in a diverse and energetic environment.
• Ability to work effectively in varied venues + and self manage while doing pet care
• Personal automobile that can carry an animal, if needed in emergency required

You only see one cat- Bob- but Tom is no where to be seen- you did see him yesterday though. All the cat food has been eaten out of both bowls. The water bowl is a little dirty and half full. There are 4 normal poops and 4 pees in the litter box. There is one small pile of hairball/vomit, on the fancy looking carpet. Client Note Say: "Feed cats 1/4 cup dry food each once a day, give fresh water, clean litter, play. PS- The maid is coming today."
