We’re looking for an experienced IAM / Identity Governance Architect to help design and deliver identity solutions across enterprise environments. This role focuses on identity lifecycle management, access governance, and IGA platform implementations (e.g., SailPoint or Saviynt). You’ll work directly with clients to shape solutions, guide delivery, and ensure scalable, secure identity programs.

Description

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement IAM / IGA solutions, including:
  • Identity lifecycle (Joiner / Mover / Leaver)
  • Access governance and certifications
  • System integrations across enterprise environments
  • Lead client-facing engagements, translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Define IAM roadmaps and architecture, aligned with security and compliance needs
  • Guide implementation of IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar)
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions
  • Support workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design conversations

What You Bring

  • 8–12+ years of experience in IAM, Identity Governance, or Security Engineering
  • Strong experience with IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Identity lifecycle (JML)
  • Access reviews / certification campaigns
  • Provisioning and integrations
  • Good understanding of:
  • SAML, OAuth, OIDC
  • RBAC / access control models
  • Cloud identity (Azure / hybrid environments)
  • Ability to work directly with stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions

Nice to Have

  • Experience with modern identity platforms (e.g., Veza)
  • Background in consulting or client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO, SOX)

Compensation

$165,000 – $200,000 + bonus (depending on experience)
