What You’ll Do

• Lead client engagements by building trusted relationships, setting clear expectations, and ensuring successful execution from planning through delivery
• Design and architect enterprise IAM/IGA solutions, including identity lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), access governance, and integrations
• Define IAM strategy and roadmaps, aligning solutions with business goals, security standards, and risk posture
• Oversee implementation of complex IGA platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices
• Mentor and coach engineers and developers, fostering growth and elevating team capabilities
• Assess regulatory and security requirements, translating changes into actionable guidance for clients and internal teams
• Drive governance and standards for identity architecture across hybrid and cloud environments

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in IAM architecture, security engineering, or related disciplines
• Proven success leading large-scale IAM/IGA implementations in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Veza ILM and Veza’s Identity Security Platform, including:
• Identity lifecycle management (JML workflows)
• Access reviews and access intelligence
• Non-human identity management
• Platform integrations
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO, SOC 2)
• Advanced expertise in:
• Identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, etc.)
• Authentication and access control models
• Cloud security, particularly Microsoft Azure and hybrid architectures
• Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a client-first mindset
