RedLegg is looking for a senior IAM leader to help build and scale our Identity practice across Identity Governance (IGA), Microsoft Identity, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on designing and delivering enterprise identity solutions while helping shape RedLegg’s managed services offerings. You’ll work directly with customers to solve complex identity challenges and play a key role in building the strategy, delivery model, and long-term vision of our IAM practice.

Description
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM/IGA projects across enterprise environments
- Design and implement identity lifecycle solutions (Joiner / Mover / Leaver), access governance, and integrations
- Drive client engagements — from discovery and roadmap definition to architecture and implementation
- Lead IGA platform implementations (SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar)
- Deliver Microsoft identity-focused solutions including:
- Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- SSO, Conditional Access, and identity modernization initiatives
- Migrations (ADFS, MIM, tenant-to-tenant)
- Support PAM initiatives (CyberArk preferred), including building scalable delivery and service models
- Help define RedLegg’s IAM roadmap, including managed services and future-state identity offerings
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to scale delivery and bring in expertise where needed
What You Bring
- 8–12+ years of experience in IAM, Identity Governance, or Security Engineering
- Strong experience implementing IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar)
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Identity lifecycle management (JML)
- Access certifications and governance processes
- Provisioning, workflows, and integrations
- Strong Microsoft identity background (AD, Entra ID, hybrid identity)
- Familiarity with PAM tools (CyberArk strongly preferred)
- Deep understanding of:
- SAML, OAuth, OIDC
- RBAC and access control models
- Cloud and hybrid identity architectures
- Proven ability to work directly with clients and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Nice to Have
- Experience helping build or scale IAM / security practices or service offerings
- Exposure to modern identity platforms (e.g., Veza)
- Consulting or client-facing delivery background
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX)

Salary
$165,000 - $200,000 per year
