Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide information on pricing, memberships, and specials.
• Assist guests in understanding AMP offerings and help them make informed purchases.
• Serve as a front-line concierge, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and diplomatically.

Transaction Management

• Process customer payments accurately (cash, credit card transactions, and providing correct change).
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.

Facility Maintenance & Communication

• Keep the facility clean and organized to maintain AMP’s high standards.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum Age: 16+

✔ Reliable Transportation Required

✔Must have open availability on weekends and select holidays

✔ Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills

✔ Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Loud Environment

✔ Basic Math & Currency Handling Skills

✔ Team Player with a Positive, Outgoing Attitude

✔ Prior Experience in Customer Service or Cashiering (Preferred, Not Required)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, move around, and perform light lifting (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a high-energy, noisy environment.
• Passion for motorsports and a friendly, enthusiastic attitude throughout your shift.
