About Us:

Atlanta Motorsports Park (AMP) is a world-class motorsports facility dedicated to providing a high-quality racing experience for guests and members. We are seeking skilled Full-time & Part-time Go-Kart Mechanics to join our team and ensure our kart fleet is maintained to the highest safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, diagnose mechanical issues, and conduct repairs on all go-karts to ensure safety and optimal performance


Safety Compliance: Ensure all karts meet safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain maintenance records.


Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime.


Inventory Management: Track and restock necessary parts, tools, and supplies for repairs.


Customer Service: Assist guests and track staff with technical inquiries related to kart operations.


Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance, repairs, and performance reports.


Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices for kart maintenance and safety.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Due to safety and operational requirements, candidates must be at least 16 years old to be considered for this position.

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical certification in small engine repair a plus.

· Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with go-karts, small engines, or motorsports equipment.

· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to kart maintenance.

· Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends and open holidays.

· Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and customer service mindset.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, climbing, and extended standing.

· Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, loud noise levels, and physically demanding tasks.

· A passion for motorsports and kart racing is a MUST!
