Atlanta Motorsports Park (AMP) is seeking a Front Gate Attendant to welcome and assist members and guests, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from arrival to departure.


Key Responsibilities

🏁 Guest Interaction & Check-Ins

  • Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process check-ins and obtain required signatures upon arrival.
  • Provide clear directions and assistance to help guests navigate the facility.
  • Communicate effectively and with enthusiasm to create a welcoming environment.

🏁 Knowledge & Problem-Solving

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of AMP’s offerings, policies, and facility layout.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.

🏁 Facility Maintenance & Organization

  • Keep the entry area and workspace clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Properly use and respect AMP equipment, tools, and resources.

🏁 Teamwork & Operational Support

  • Adhere to AMP work rules and procedures.
  • Attend all required department meetings and training sessions.

What We’re Looking For

βœ” Minimum Age: 16+

βœ” Reliable Transportation Required

βœ”Must be available to work weekends and select open holidays

βœ” Strong Communication & Guest Service Skills

βœ” Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Loud Environment

βœ” Prior Customer Service Experience (Preferred, Not Required)

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to bend, reach, turn, climb, and lift 35-50 lbs regularly.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
