Atlanta Motorsports Park is hiring a Member Concierge to serve as the central point of contact for members, guests, and internal teams. This role blends hospitality, organization, and communication into one high-visibility position. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy helping people, and take pride in professionalism, this may be the perfect fit. We are specifically looking for someone that can work every other weekend and occasional weekdays for coverage.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

·        Welcome members and guests with professionalism and confidence

·        Serve as a knowledgeable resource for AMP programs, events, and services

·        Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns with discretion and care

·        Ensure a polished, organized, and welcoming reception area

·        Provide a concierge-level experience that reflects AMP’s standards

 

Communication & Coordination

·        Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and professionally

·        Coordinate information between departments including events and operations

·        Assist with reservations, scheduling, and member communications

·        Maintain accurate logs and communication records

·        Help ensure information is communicated clearly across teams

 

Administrative & Operational Support

·        Maintain front desk organization and supplies

·        Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and administrative tasks

·        Manage mail, packages, and visitor logs

·        Support onboarding and internal coordination as needed

·        Assist operations leadership with special projects

 

What We’re Looking For:

·        Hospitality, concierge, or front-of-house experience

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Exceptional organization and multitasking ability

·        A polished and professional presence

·        Confidence working in a fast-paced environment

·        Strong problem-solving skills

·        Ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools

 

Work Schedule & Conditions:

·        Weekend and open holiday availability required

·        Reliable transportation

·        Ability to sit and stand for extended periods

·        Ability to lift up to 30–35 lbs occasionally

·        Professional appearance and demeanor

·        Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
